This privacy policy describes how Evrion Tech Solutions AB, reg. no. 559471-8336 ("we", "us", "Evrion") handles personal data in connection with the Desktop Profiles software ("Software") and the website tech.evrion.se ("Website"). We value your privacy and collect as little data as possible.

3. The Software (Desktop Profiles)

Desktop Profiles does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The Software: • Requires no account or login • Sends no telemetry or usage data • Stores all configuration locally on your computer (in %AppData%) • Requires no internet connection to function The only network communication is an optional update check that fetches a public JSON file from tech.evrion.se — no personal data is sent.

4. The Website

When you visit tech.evrion.se, the following data may be collected: • Contact form: name, email address, and message that you voluntarily provide. These are used solely to respond to your inquiry. • Server logs: IP address, browser type, timestamp, and pages visited. These are stored for a maximum of 30 days for operational reliability and troubleshooting. • Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Paddle processes your payment details (name, email, payment method). We only receive the information necessary to deliver your license key: name, email address, and transaction ID. See Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com/privacy for details on their data handling.

6. Legal Basis

We process personal data based on: • Contract: to deliver license keys and support (GDPR Art. 6.1b) • Legitimate interest: for server logs and operational reliability (GDPR Art. 6.1f) • Consent: for contact forms and newsletters if applicable (GDPR Art. 6.1a)

7. Storage and Deletion

• Contact inquiries: deleted within 12 months after the matter is resolved • Server logs: automatically deleted after 30 days • Payment data at Paddle: governed by Paddle's data retention policy • License data: retained as long as the license is active

8. Third-party Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except: • Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing • Hosting provider — server infrastructure (within EU/EEA) We never sell personal data to third parties.
