Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the Desktop Profiles software ("Software") through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. Free Trial
Desktop Profiles offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. We recommend that you thoroughly test the Software during the trial period before making a purchase. The trial requires no payment information.
3. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To request a refund, contact us at info@tech.evrion.se with your transaction ID or the email address used for the purchase.
4. Refund Conditions
A refund will be granted if: • The request is made within 14 days of purchase • You provide a transaction ID or purchase email After 14 days, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as a serious technical defect that we are unable to resolve.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Your license key will be deactivated upon approved refund.
6. Exceptions
A refund may be denied if: • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase (without special circumstances) • We determine that the refund right is being repeatedly abused • The license key has been shared with third parties in violation of the Terms of Service
