Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Desktop Profiles software ("Software") and the website tech.evrion.se ("Website"), provided by Evrion Tech Solutions AB, reg. no. 559471-8336, Stumsnäs Byväg 27, 795 95 Vikarby, Sweden ("we", "us", "Evrion"). By using the Software or Website, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Software
Desktop Profiles is a Windows application that manages desktop wallpapers for virtual desktops and multiple monitors. The Software is sold as a one-time license and requires no account, no subscription, and no internet connection to function after installation.
3. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to two (2) computers. The license is either personal (for private, non-commercial use) or commercial (for business and organizational use), depending on which license type you purchased. You may not decompile, modify, resell, or distribute the Software.
4. Free Trial
The Software includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, a valid license key is required for continued use. Your settings are preserved even if the trial expires.
5. Payment and Delivery
Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT, payment processing, and receipts. Upon completed payment, a license key and download link are delivered. All prices include VAT unless otherwise explicitly stated.
6. System Requirements
The Software requires Windows 11 (version 22H2 or later) and 50 MB of free disk space. We do not guarantee compatibility with other operating systems or older versions of Windows.
7. Support
Technical support is provided via email at info@tech.evrion.se. We aim to respond to support requests within 3 business days. Support includes help with installation, license activation, and technical issues. Support does not include customization, third-party software, or hardware issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or interruptions that may arise from use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
9. Intellectual Property
The Software, including code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Evrion Tech Solutions AB. Included wallpapers are licensed for use within the Software and may not be extracted or distributed separately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish general courts with Mora District Court as the court of first instance.
